I’d rank the mid tier GPhi > DG > DZ >> SK based on ONLY the new PCs. Overall rank would be DZ > GPhi > SK > DG. GPhi and DG both got really cute PCs, but DZ didn’t have a bad rush by any means and is still a better chapter overall! SK probably miscalculated their cuts before pref or something, but one subpar PC shouldn’t hurt them much in the long run.
