It doesn’t sound like a mutual selection process though when a pnm and active can both like eachother and want to rank eachother high yet the pnm doesn’t get invited back because of the cutoff even though the active wanted them there. It’s really not in anyone’s control anymore and i think it’s really misleading to call it a mutual selection process. Calling it that can make the pnms feel very down about themselves when really it’s just a computer doing all the dropping
