Subject:
Real talk abt getting “dropped”

Poster Message:
Hi ladies!!! I’m a former Panhel vp for my chapter and wanna explain how getting “dropped” works! Because there’s over 2200 girls rushing this year (which is a decent bit more than last), I just want to say that because you don’t go back to a house you loved doesn’t mean you got “dropped” by girls you loved. Panhel uses a formula to automate schedules based on pnm preference and house preference. But obviously, you can’t go to all of them bc no rush experience is perfect. It is VERY probable that a mass amount of PNMs requested to have the same house back and when RFM (recruitment formulation for membership? I think) spits out your schedule- it doesn’t include your “top” house because so many are ranked as “#1”. It doesn’t mean you didn’t have a great convo, and it doesn’t mean they hate you, it just simply falls under the cheesy term of “trusting the process”. I know this won’t give complete closure, but I really really hope this helps with girls that have been sad after being released from somewhere that felt like home 🫶🏼.
