This is why the old row/new row stuff is such utter BS. If you want to consider an old row group of sororities as "historical" and are going as far down as Kappa, then the list includes chapters that were here first - AGD, KD, SDT, DDD, AOPi, AXO, and PBP. And then go ahead and include Zeta who only came a year after Kappa.
