Lying is not a great way to go into rush. We verify transcripts and can see your credit hours. Panhellenic would flag it too. And chances would be 'better' as a junior but honestly not 'a lot better'. It's hard to rush as a junior and realistic expectations are needed. For someone close to graduation fulfillment the odds are not good.
