Anything in the top 14 has been on the top 10 before and anything outside of the top 3 fluctuates every 4 or 5 years. Go to any of those groups and you will be living in what would be the best fraternity at 99% of other schools. The next 10 groups are mid here but would probably be top or close to it anywhere else. Anything outside of that would be mid at best anywhere else.
