Snap Bids happen because a chapter released too many women in previous rounds and didn’t match after prep. They’re notably different from bids extended during COB (Continuous Open Bidding). Chapters participating in COB very likely may have reached quota during recruitment but are under chapter total and can therefore extend additional bids when the COB process opens.
