There is no such thing as sister sororities for fraternities and no NPC national has or would EVER condone such a thing. It is true that when a few of the NPC sororities were founded, that founding chapter had a personal connection on their campus with some men in a particular fraternity, who somewhat helped them establish or supported them somehow, but the affiliation ends there as a footnote in the founding. Sororities and fraternities are independent individual organizations with no ties whatsoever to each other. They aren't siblings or each other's dating service.
