Top = some of the best fraternities at any school in the country. Upper Mid = they would be top & dominant at 95% of other colleges, here they are just Great. Mid = they would be top or close it at 95% of other colleges here they are just really good. Lower Mid = they would be Mid to upper mid groups at 95% of other colleges, here they are just good. Bottom = they would be Mid groups at 95% of other colleges, here they are just respectably decent.
