I agree - actually see the same thing happening with AGD as well. Most people are ranking certain sororities only ignoring the fact that DG and AGD are defaulted to low like you said. Meanwhile, these houses are really attracting great women in an under the radar way. I knew two girls in my rush group who were debating between ‘upper tier’ houses and AGD at prefs. Also, know of another friend who was debating between Kappa and DG. Very interesting for sure.
