The fact that someone had the best comment in this thread removed is sad. Too bad our community can't own our weaknesses and work on them to become better. DPhiE, you deserve better than the way we treat you - same for SDT, Pi Phi, DG and AGD. I truly hope that our Gamma Chi training can be improved to ensure that PNMs can go through the recruitment process and be encouraged to trust that they will end up with a house that is right for them.
