DPhiE could totally build a strong reputation as a niche sorority for nerdy gamer girl types who still want the experience of being involved in Greek life. Lots of PNMs have interests (gaming, anime, science/tech, maybe they’re in redcoats or want to do local theater etc…) that they’re afraid to talk about during rush because it doesn’t fit they typically sorority stereotype. Since that’s the vibe a lot of the current DPhiEs have, they could probably get a lot of really fun and genuine PNMs by being open about those types of interests instead of pretending to be something they’re not.
