It can make you look shallow and superficial since you can’t really determine that an entire group of 200+ girls isn’t worth considering after just a few days of short, highly structured events. Most PNMs who suicide are either legacies (in which case their legacy chapter generally wants them if they got invited to pref there), or are overall concerned with popularity/judging chapters based on looks etc… I know at least for myself, I have friends in most of the houses here, and would have a hard time thinking that a PNM who thinks she’s too good to be in the same sorority as any of them would deserve to become one of my sisters either
