Yeah the top houses tend to be less diverse since most girls who sign up for recruitment are white, especially PNMs from prestigious high schools with lots of sorority connections. As a result, the top, most competitive, houses are starting to get pressure from nationals about increasing diversity to avoid attracting negative attention for being “too white”. Should be interesting to see how much this affects their pledge classes this year. And hopefully they’ll actually welcome their minority members and not just parade them around for looks smh
