It’s just an agenda that some people (probably alumni) push on this site because they’re afraid of their chapters falling and becoming less “exclusive” If you’re actually a PNM (which I doubt since you said you “plan” on rushing but your post was after the deadline to sign up for recruitment), then you should be able to tell which houses are actually top based on the real life events you’re attending this week. That’s what you should base your decisions on - not some biased ranks on an online forum that’s probably older than you are.
