Explanation of ranks imo, keep in mind it’s an opinion Top (broken down into old row and new row) Old Row- KA SAE ChiPhi (Oldest fraternities who have always been top and will probably always be top; Rely heavily on legacy’s and kind of have more exclusive sorority relations) Best of New Row - ATO SX Fiji (Fraternities with great events and parties who aren’t considered old row; Great sorority relations) Lower Top - SN PDT (Gray area where they like to say they are top but they aren’t mid either, still have great events and members; Still have great sorority relations) Upper Mid - KS PKP DSP (Fraternities rising quickly with the best potential of eventually moving up to top; popular choices for date nights and better events; very good sorority relations) Mid - PKA BTP SigEp (Good fraternities with good relations; good sorority relations; Opinions seem pretty split when it comes to “upper mid/mid” fraternities) Lower - DTD TChi TKE, don’t even know the other ones (Seems like they are close and have good brotherhood but don’t have many events/big turnouts) Niche- TEP AEPi AGR BYX (Not really fair to put these guys in a rank because they are niche to certain groups)
