UGA itself is a little self selecting and Greek life is even more so. You will have a great social life at almost all places. There are so many more women at UGA than men that if you are halfway normal you'll find yourself invited to all sorts of sorority functions. I didn't rush till I got here and pledged a solidly mid tier fraternity and have gone to multiple "top 3" sorority date nights, formals and semis. Don't stress about it. Just go through rush and see who you like. That's what I did and it has worked out well.
