Chi O and DZ should both move down a tier. Chi O is definitely a mid tier house despite their “old row” reputation - they’re definitely closer to DDD than to Phi Mu. Similarly, DZ is still part of the lower mid group despite trying to act like they aren’t. They’re too close with a lot of the bottom tier frats and didn’t do that great in recruitment last year.
