Beta, Theta Chi, AEpi. You guys have no alumni, no money, no history, no good houses, no nothing. You are middle of the road and always will be. PiKap would still be tier two in my opinion but they didn't have a pledge class. Theta Chi also is a step above Beta and AEpi.
