lol yes i rushed as a sophomore, my friends were in random houses and didn’t have enough pull and i still got a full card every round ! but make sure u look cute, are easy to talk to, and have decent academics/involvement the upperclassmen quota only separates the freshmen from the upperclassmen. it’s not broken down by years, but sororities tend to prefer sophomores over juniors, and i’ve never heard of seniors doing rush.
