If you are in the same row but are greater then the other 3, the difference is negligible and you could switch the groups in row around but generally this is how most people here see tiers. Before SN and PKP start complaining that they arent high enough, you both blanket bid way too many weird guys and both of you had to ball UNG guys because of how easy your rush process is.
