I personally made sure that i brought good friends of whatever race out to my fraternities rush. Younger guys in the fraternities now a days actually dont mind bidding and initiating minorities, they just want chill guys who they can bond with over the next few years and possibly even the rest of your life depending on your experience. Its the wealthy donating alumni who have REALLY outdated views on brotherhood, race, race relations, etc. Hopefully older ceremonies of some of these older groups will stop as well... It's not the 1800's anymore.
