Idk why my comment and the other posters comment got deleted but there are plenty of minorities in fraternities that get into leadership positions and thrive. Even some old row groups like Fiji SX ATO PDT have had minorities in leadership positions. Also its not just straight white males who perpetually benefit from the system but its also straight white females. They have been just as complicit and guilty as their straight white brethren throughout history.
