The difference between old and new row is that old row doesn’t need to tell everyone they are cool, they just are. They new who they are and are comfortable with it. New row has to tell everyone they are cool and are constantly seeking reinforcement. “We are a top house, right?” Both are great but maybe that will help explain the difference.
