The people involved in that are no longer on campus, and chapters can change radically as people graduate and new members are selected. Doesn't change what happened in the past, but doesn't mean that that is the culture at the chapter now. DPhiE currently is one of the most woke and accepting chapters on campus And they have a WOC president, which I do think is notable because while houses will accept WOC they don't always encourage them, feature them, or vote for them for leadership
