You need to look at the reason a house does spring recruitment. If they lost a lot of girls like a couple of houses did for bad reasons, then yeah it's bad to do spring recruitment. But it your house lost girls because girls transferred or graduated early, then it's fine. Nothing you can do about those reasons.
