I want to clarify that by soon we mean maybe in the next 4-6 years they will grow. This assumption is based on their house and how hard they are pushing recruitment. They have a fair chance of being pretty good if they do it right. By the top I want to clarify that aphi could possibly either be top of the middle tier or bottom of upper-mid. We based this on just what we witness or hear from others.
