I forgot to mention ChiPhi, they are 1/3rd in state private school kids, 1/3rd OOS southern, and 1/3rd from up north in the DMV. Its a weird make up for sure, and otherwise id penalize them like i did SX SN and Fiji, but being old row saves them. Their pull is still insane and they have a good time.
