I don't think these 7 will be debatable for the next year or two. The next 8 are all up and coming or starting to take a step back. All are great groups with a lot of history however and choosing any would be good. The next group aren't bad groups to look into but are either a niche group (AGR, TEP, BYX, SPE), or building into a more respectable group (DTD, SP, ASP, PKT)
