Don't KS, and AEPi also have good alumni support? Pike KS and PiKapp have all got great pledge classes and had decent events. Personally I'd put them higher than SigEp. Also ATO is definitely top if SNu is. Another group with great PCs, also have better house parties. Everything else isn't terrible.
