Chi Phi was always been heavy Atlanta Private School. As the University has developed a strong propensity toward admitting the public school grads and discounted the difficulty of the Atlanta private schools, less and less private school grads are admitted. Chi Phi has less of an instate pool to recruit. The out of state boarding school and private school guys are now getting the bids the Atlanta private school guys used to take. The Atlanta guys are now going to Auburn/Alabama/Ole Miss etc.... UGA will regret this in 10-20 years when all the donations from the wealthy Atlanta families are going out of state.
