old row isn't a location (at UGA) its a date the fraternity was founded. technically Phi Delt and any fraternity founded in the 1870-1890 range is old row. Phi Delts old house was knocked down because it was getting old and there were Zoning issues, thats at least what my fraternity says (we're old row), but im not a Phi Delt so they might say otherwise.
