Chi Phi has been a top tier outfit for a long time. Last few years this site bashes them for being only Atlanta private school. Now they get bashed for having lots of OOS from VA, DC and Maryland. The haters can't have it both ways. You can't please all the people all the time I guess. These guys are part of the old row scene, but still a little different, really fun and great guys. And I am not a Chi Phi.
