Delta Sig has absolutely no place in 2nd tier, the rest of the them did well with the exception of Lamda. Pretty sure the few posts above were by Betas trying to make up for their poor rush. Sig Ep didn't go for "higher quality guys," they just go for different types of people then the other 2nd tiers would go for.
