I have a hard time believing that Kappa is the top sorority at UGA. One of the girls I went to high school with pledged Kappa this past year and she is not cute, not wealthy and has a boring personality. Maybe its because she was a legacy, but still. The pictures of the other Kappas on her instagram don't look that hot either. What's the deal?
