There's always a few duds in each pledge class, but everyone's rush numbers were massive this year. All of the good/decent fraternities signed like 32+ this year, with delta sig and phi delt's numbers being irrelevant as usual. and this goes without saying but just because pike signed the most doesn't mean they're the best, but they're not bad either.
