any of these top three fraternities would turn down a top-tier, exceptional potential new member who showed up late, especially out-of-state guys. But you should, now, immediately, contact the chapters' president or rush chairman (see IFC website) to express your interest to ensure that you are noticed during formal rush. Certainly, these three have identified, targeted and offered bids to their preferred rushees and are more than 95% full.
