See the earlier post about KA vs. Ato Vs. SNU Vs. Figi Vs. Phi Delta... good info there on the process. I would say SAE is full and SNU and FIJI are close to being full. You are from Texas. UGA is like UT in that it all happens before formal rush. That is not really fair to out of state guys with no contacts, but that is how it is for the best houses. You can try the houses you listed but odds are you have 2 choices 1) wait a year and meet guys your freshman year or 2) pledge to a lower quality house.
