You are right Fiji and SNU are not on the level of SAE and Chi Phi. They are way below. KA SAE and Chi Phi have been the top for 70 years. It will be interesting to see what happens over the next 10 years due to the university's decision to make it harder to get into to UGA from the private schools throughout the state (Atlanta in particular) and easier from the public schools BNI programs. The University has become part of the "Social Justice" world, for better or worse. SAE and Chi Phi have always pulled heavily from the Buckhead private schools. KA some of that as well; but, KA pledges just as much from Macon, Columbus, Augusta etc... which SAE and CHI Phi have not. SAE and CHI Phi going to have to adjust to stay top tier.
