I think bars close at 2 am on Sunday. Last time I checked. No, not everyone does greek here at UGA. But because this is a SEC school, Greek life is pretty big and UGA is no exception. 22 percent of the guys here are in fraternities and 33 percent of the girls are in sororities. Definitely more than your average school, but Greek Life is not required to have fun if you don't wanna be in it. Yet, if you are looking to join it, I would highly recommend it. I have had nothing but a great time being in a sorority.
