If you look at that chart, it lists that in 2017 1707 girls went through recruitment, 1347 pledged, 280 withdrew throughout the week, 13 were released/not invited back anywhere during the week, and 66 girls were not matched following pref round. I thought 1347 seemed like a huge number of pledges, but that averages to a PC of about 70. I know of PC's ranging from 50 to 80 girls, so it probably all evens out. Don't know if these numbers are 100% accurate, but they seem reasonable/a possibly useful estimate? I'd hope numbers published by the panhellenic would be accurate, but honestly we can't say that we know for sure
