Not really the South, but it is the SEC -- GPhiB is a top house at Mizzou. Alpha Phi at Bama isn't top, but they have some drop-dead-gorgeous girls and are very strong to have just come back to campus four years ago. APhi is also top of the middle tier at Mizzou. Sigma Kappa is solid upper-middle at UGA and solid middle at Auburn. At NCSU they're definitely top and could go against most of the top houses in the SEC.
