Both are very pretty, very old-money private school girls. Not kidding, majority are from "proper" backgrounds. Not saying they can't party or have fun, it's just that they have a "North Milledge" rep. I would pick Kappa if you're into the crafty, Lily, SUPER girly thing, and Theta if you're into that stuff a little less? Lik they are super girly too, just not as "EHMAGAWD" as Kappa.
