They don't need to rush to get to total. Expect total to decrease over the next few years. Quota was so high this year due to the size of the freshman class this boosting chapter avg and total. Admissions won't be making that mistake again. As long as their chapter is over 120 or so, they will have plenty of funds fron chapter dues (from a financial sheet that was shared). Their new house will be financed with assistance from their national housing corporation and chapter bond from the members. One the house opens, rent should cover mortgages. You finance majors can run an amortization table on $3-$5M loan financed over 30 years with 54 members living in the house. Their challenge will be group cohesion, team and leadership development, Greek community relations, improving scholarship, and recruitment. If they can build all that with a strong foundation, then they will fine. I wish the haters would stop with the hate. Give them a chance to development and grow and enjoy being new and form their own traditions and reputation at UGA.
