6 weeks is normal But honestly even that is going away. SAE and SigEp have ended pledgeship totally. And KA, Phi Delt, Sigma Nu ect all have weak "development programs" just like what SAE/SigEp had before they did away with it totally. If any national fraternity has a pledge program in 10 years I'll be shocked. Even the hazing now is weak.....push ups and sit ups....that kind of thing
