Round one is where recommendations and good resumes come into play. Sororities HAVE done their homework and they do have an idea on who they want to be on the lookout for. Great conversations and presentations are important because, for the first time, sororities are able to finally put a face/personality to all of the pictures/resumes/recommendations they've been looking at all summer. Those parties move really fast! Just be yourself and try to take it all in. It can be a bit overwhelming. Good luck!
