You're almost certainly being cut from her sorority, sorry. You still have 17 other houses! This should NOT affect you at another houses, UNLESS she has a best friend or something in another house that has decided she hates you too. Other than that, no, she can't blacklist you from other houses. If she does affect your chance with one of her friend's houses, it won't be by a lot. Even if she has a best friend that writes a rec, it won't be as personal of a negative rec, and it will carry less weight.
