Order within tiers DOES matter because, well, that's the order. But still, this is more confusing for PNM. DZ (& Gamma Phi & maybe even Alpha Gam) deserves to be ranked with houses like Pi Phi and AXO, not DG and DPhiE. That's why the lower middle exists. And if order within tiers matter, you have GOT to be joking that SK is ranked above zeta??? AOPi is above kappa & KD??? Nice try
