1. If the sorority is one of the 3 sororities that accepts collegiate recs, then it doesn't matter what college the member goes to. For those 3 houses, you can get either an alum, a current member of the UGA chapter, or a current member of a different chapter of that sorority to write you a rec. 2. If the sorority is not one of the 3 sororities that accepts collegiate recs, then you cannot get a college student to write you a rec at all. The rec MUST come from an alum, and it doesn't matter where she attended college (she could be a UGA grad, and Alabama grad, a grad from a school in New York etc...)
