I heard there were some tea about APhi's mortgages? What happened with their house? And any other APhi lore that y'all know? TBH if you've been to formal recruitment you'd know that APhi is the only sorority that asks you to line up according to their pre-arranged order before going into their house, that's how you know they do a look-based recruitment and that's b/c they already pre-arranged PNMs according to their looks, and then the APhi sisters inside the house are also lined up in order of their looks (yes, they rate each other. that's crazy, ha!), that's why they can't let you mess up the order of the line. Yea, it's so stupid honestly.
